The first step is scheduling your Consultation & Comprehensive Records Review. During your appointment, we'll discuss your medical history, military service, claimed condition(s), and VA claim goals while I conduct a thorough review of your available medical and service records.

This consultation allows me to determine whether an independent medical opinion can be medically supported based on the available evidence.

Your Consultation Includes:

  • 30-minute telehealth consultation

  • Comprehensive review of your medical and service records

  • Discussion of your claimed condition(s) and VA claim goals

  • Identification of any additional evidence that may strengthen your claim

  • Determination of whether a Nexus letter or other independent medical opinion is medically appropriate

  • Opportunity to ask questions about the evaluation process
